Litigations

Litigation and pleading before courts in different cases filed by or against the client before all Omani courts of different degrees and types. We are a think tank in terms of dealing with administrative and labour cases in particular.

Arbitration

Settlement and reconciliation of conflicts and disputes using the methods of dispute settlement such as compromise, negotiation and arbitration, and documentation of the settlement before the competent entities.

Obligation

Enforcement of and follow-up judgments.

Entering

Entering and tracking complaints and reports filed to the public prosecution and the Royal Oman Police.

Provision

Provision of legal consultations in different fields of law in Arabic and English

Registration

Registration of labour complaints before the Ministry of Labour, developing and drafting HR by-laws and organizational regulations such as the HR Manual, Penalties list, and complaints and grievance system, in addition to processing the said regulation from the Ministry of Labour

Drafting

Drafting different types of contracts and agreements such as the management, sale, labour contracts, internal corporate regulations, finance agreement and settlement agreements in Arabic and English.

Providing

Providing legal opinion on and challenging administrative decisions, filling and following-up on the administrative cases and enforce their judgments in favour of individuals or administrative entities

Following

Following up on collective and individual labour cases before the different stages of litigation.

Incorporation

Incorporation of labour unions, preparing minutes of incorporation in compliance with the requirements of the concerned entities, and supervising the incorporation meetings and the elections of the management of these unions.

Dealing

Dealing with labour strikes in the appropriate legal ways to settle the same and solve the roots of such strikes in compliance with the applicable law and the interests of the client.
